Patient visits are by appointment only. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule your visit for another day.
Every sibling will need an appointment to be seen by the doctor.
We make every effort to schedule visits for ill children. Please call as early in the day as possible so that we can schedule appropriately. If you would like us to see more than one child, please make appointments for both of them - this ensures that we schedule enough time for your children to be seen.
We accept almost all major forms of insurance, including Medicaid. We also accept credit cards and cash for payment. We do not accept checks.
Please bring your insurance card with you to every appointment. Although we do our best to monitor each patient's insurance coverage, please remember it is up to the parent to notify us of any changes to your child's policy so that we can be sure your insurance handles the bill and it does not ultimately become your responsibility.
Most private insurances require a co-payment - these are due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash or credit card for payment.
Congratulations on your new baby! We look forward to meeting with expectant parents to answer your questions and create a preliminary health history. After delivery, call us to schedule an appointment so we can meet your new baby within the first week of coming home from the hospital.
Also, please remember to contact your insurance company as soon as possible after your child has been born to add your child to your insurance plan.
